This can take to the employees experiencing under privileged and may increase occupation dissatisfaction. This theory is besides really mechanical. Meaning that it does non cover with of import things such as motive. communicating and taking ( Akrani. 2013 ) . Communication is really of import in every organisation so the author feels that this is considered a negative facet of this theory. Systems Theory

This theory focuses on unfastened and closed systems that interact with each other in order to accomplish a common end ( Daft. 2010 ) . Working within a infirmary environment the organisation is working towards a common end of extinguishing malignant neoplastic disease. Since there are so many different systems that can impact this end such as figure of patients. money. resources. clip. staff etc. it is of import that direction have a more systemic manner of thought and running their sections. Within the authors section when patients are seen in the clinic they generate money. this money can so be used to back up and better malignant neoplastic disease research which hence gets the organisation one measure closer to extinguishing malignant neoplastic disease.
